1. Acceptance

By using the MRKT marketplace (the @mrkt Telegram bot and the mrkt.fun website), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

MRKT is a peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates trading of digital assets between users. The platform operates as a Telegram bot and provides escrow, listing, and delivery functionality for:

• Telegram gifts (NFT on the TON blockchain)
• Counter-Strike 2 skins and items

MRKT acts as an intermediary and does not own, create, or guarantee the value of any traded items.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have a valid Telegram account. For CS2 items, a Steam account with a public trade URL is required.

4. User responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the items you list and the accuracy of your listings.
• You must not use MRKT for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• You must not manipulate prices, create fake listings, or abuse the escrow system.
• You are responsible for securing your Telegram account.

5. Escrow and transactions

When a seller lists an item, it is locked in MRKT's escrow until the transaction completes or is cancelled. Buyers pay the listed price with no hidden fees. Sellers pay a commission on completed sales, displayed before listing confirmation.

6. Refunds and disputes

Once a transaction is completed and the item is delivered, it is final. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact support. MRKT will investigate and may issue a refund at its discretion.

7. Fees

Buyers pay no additional fees. Sellers are charged a commission on each completed sale. Fee rates may change with prior notice posted in the official channels.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to bypass escrow or trade outside the bot
• Listing stolen, duplicated, or fraudulent items
• Harassment or abuse of other users or support staff
• Using bots or automated tools to manipulate the marketplace

9. Intellectual property

The MRKT name, logo, and bot are the property of the MRKT team. Telegram gifts are NFTs governed by the TON blockchain. CS2 items are governed by Steam and Valve's terms.

10. Limitation of liability

MRKT is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific item values, or that the platform will be free of errors. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to MRKT in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Termination

MRKT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced through the official MRKT channels. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
