MRKT collects the minimum data necessary to operate the marketplace:

• Telegram account data — user ID, username, and display name as provided by the Telegram API when you interact with the bot.
• Transaction data — item listings, purchases, sales, prices, and timestamps.
• TON wallet addresses — when you initiate or receive payments on the TON blockchain.
• Steam trade URL — if you trade CS2 items, we store the trade URL you provide.
• Device and usage data — on the mrkt.fun website only: anonymized analytics (page views, referrer, country) via standard web analytics. No cookies are used for tracking.

2. How we use your data

• To facilitate and complete transactions between buyers and sellers.
• To operate the escrow system and prevent fraud.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• To improve the platform and fix technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations if required.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share limited data in these cases:

• With counterparties — during a transaction, the buyer and seller may see each other's Telegram username as required for the trade.
• Blockchain data — TON transactions are public on-chain by nature.
• Legal requests — if required by law or to prevent fraud.

4. Data retention

Transaction records are retained for the lifetime of the service for dispute resolution and fraud prevention. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support — active listings and pending transactions must be resolved first.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure.

6. Third-party services

MRKT relies on Telegram (for the bot interface), the TON blockchain (for NFT transfers and payments), and Steam (for CS2 trade offers). Each service has its own privacy policy.

7. Children

MRKT is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the MRKT support bot. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced through the official MRKT channels.
